Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Tom Wiles, DVM

Tom and Becky Wiles spend their free time on or in the Three Rivers, visiting their three children in Denver, New Orleans, and LA, or just kicking back with Reese, a spunky Labrador.
Dr. Bernadette Santos, DVM

Dr. Bernadette Santos is a transplant from Los Angeles, CA who moved to PA in 2013. She graduated from vet school in 2008 from Michigan State University. She started at an all-feline practice then soon realized she missed working with dogs! She lives with her husband, three cats and a leopard gecko.
Dr. Rachel Eich, VMD

Dr. Rachel Eich grew up locally in Kittanning, PA with a multitude of pets including dogs, cats, horses, goats and hamsters. Most of her childhood was spent outdoors riding horses, camping, and boating with her family. She attended Penn State University for her undergraduate degree, and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a veterinary degree in 2015. Dr. Eich practiced for a year before coming to PSVC. Her professional interests include behavior, dermatology, and internal medicine. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, running, and traveling with her husband Jim!

Meet Our Staff
Technicians
Laurie Myers

I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician and the Medical Director of our clinic. I have worked here from the beginning and have watched with pride as a small clinic has flourished into a thriving practice. While working with your pets has been my greatest love, my skills in communication frequently place me in one-to-one contact with the very clients who’ve made this practice a success. You will find me everywhere on any given day as I cannot sit still for very long! I will always be available to address and clarify any concerns you may have.
Jean Krieger

I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician and have been with this practice since April 1981. I am the technician who will be taking care of your beloved pet while he or she is here for surgery. I take great pride in this position. Our clients and their pets mean the world to me!
Sandy Runco

I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician and have been here since April 1982. I am the Buckeye of the bunch. Yes, I drive in from Ohio which should speak volumes of my dedication to PSVC and your pet!
Lisa Tharp

I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician and also the Administrative Director. I have enjoyed working here since June of 1983 and am always amazed at how many long-term clients still frequently come to PSVC! The friendships we have made over the years with our clients (and each other) add to the ‘fringe benefits’. I consider PSVC my “other home” and I couldn’t ask for a better job or more skilled co-workers!
Diann Bobby

I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician and have been at the clinic since April 1987. Being a part of this clinic has always been very important to me. Client education is very important here, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others, I also like to talk, so it works well for me! We have a comfortable setting here, a professional atmosphere, while still being a little laid back. I enjoy being able to interact with people on those levels. I tend to be the ‘class clown’ per se, but still am very serious about my job. I just like to have fun doing it!
Mary Kelchak

I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician who has worked here since September 1991. I typically work ‘behind the scenes’ and am glad to be part of this “family of dedicated professionals”. In my free time, I enjoy growing herbs and flowers and raising honey bees.
Megan Claypoole

I have always known that I wanted to work with animals since I was little – I was the typical “Can I keep it” child! I graduated from the Vet Tech Institute in 2008. I started working at PSVC in 2010 and it has been quite an adventure with this wacky crew! At home, I have a son, a dog (The Infamous Keelo) and 4 cats who all keep me on my toes. I look forward to growing and continuing to learn here at PSVC.
Receptionists
Karen Trzeciak

I have been a receptionist at PSVC since August 2009, which has given me the great experience of getting to know wonderful people and their pets. My love for fur babies stems from my very first experience as a young girl working for Animal Friends’ no-kill shelter. I am a mother to 2 beautiful daughters and a “G’Ma” to an adorable grandson. I have my own very adventurous fur babies, Deniro, a mixed Labrador and Lily, a domestic short-haired kitty. Life is Good!
Jann Yates

You will find me at the reception desk, part-time. I joined PSVC in July 2015 and enjoy meeting and greeting our clients! I entered the veterinary field 27 years ago, working at one of the first veterinary emergency clinics in the North Hills area, then onto the administrative field for a specialty & emergency practice. I love spending time at home with my 3 cats and visits from the grandkids. I also enjoy working and getting to know our clients and their pets.
Michelle Corrigan

I am one of the receptionists at PSVC and grew up in Verona. I love seeing so many familiar faces coming in with their pets. I have been in the veterinary field for over 20 years as a technician and receptionist and I love being able to help animals and teach people proper care for their pets. I have dogs, cats and fish of my own and have rescued and fostered many, many others.
